A Research On Intelligence Analysis Of Synthetic Operation Mechanism Of Public Security

With Intelligence-led Policing strategy promoting and Synthetic Operation mechanism exploring all over the country,the study on the topic how intelligence plays a better role in the Synthetic Operation mechanism began to rise.It is obvious that intelligence is crucial to Synthetic Operation mechanism.The core of intelligence process lies in intelligence analysis.Thus the quality of intelligence analysis affects the overall effetiveness of Synthetic Operation mechanism.Research on the emerging topic of intelligence analysis of Synthetic Operation mechanism of Public Security,is helpful to enrich Public Security Intelligence Theory,could promote the studies of Intelligence and Criminal Investigation and could promote the development of the practice of Synthetic Operation mechanism of Public Security to a certain extent.In the context this paper mainly apply methods of literature survey,investigation,comparative study by the collaboration theory and intelligence analysis theory to explore the overall thinking and implementation path of intelligence analysis in the Synthetic Operation mechanism of Public Security.It found that:(1)Intelligence plays a vital role in Synthetic Operation mechanism of Public Security through all stages of fighting,defensing,managing,and controlling.While there exsits some problems in intelligence process.It is imperative to strengthen intelligence analysis to improve the overall performance of Synthetic Operation mechanism.(2)Problems such as lack of top-level design,poor imlpemention of philosophy,inadequate resource integration in Synthetic Operation mechanism constrain intelligence analysis.(3)The intelligence department lacks professional analysts.The limitation of thought have a negative effect on intelligence analysis process.Imperfect incentive mechanism is not conducive to intelligence analysts to play an active role.This paper proposes the overall conception and implementation path of intelligence analysis in Synthetic Operation mechanism of Public Security.(1)Clear intelligence-led Synthetic Operation mechanism,function of each police division and intelligence process in Synthetic Operation mechanism.(2)Define functional positioning of department,introduce professional analysis talents and clear task of intelligence analysts in the intelligence analysis department.(3)Strengthen training and motivation for intelligence analysts.
