Empirical Study On Professional Construction Of Public Security Intelligence Analyst

Intelligence analysis is the core of many elements of intelligence work.It is not only the bridge of information into intelligence,but also the premise of decision-makers to make wise decisions.High quality intelligence analysis is the embodiment of intelligence work,and it is the standard to measure the quality of intelligence work.In the tide of reform to deepen the public security system,Public Security intelligence analysts occupation construction as the breakthrough point,to strengthen the public security intelligence analysis,improve the service level of public security intelligence decision,promot intelligence analysis team professional is an important opportunity for the reform of public security intelligence work.This paper includes five chapters.The first chapter is an introduction,which discusses the background,significance and technical route of research.The second chapter is the summary of the research,including the review of foreign and the domestic research.On the basis of the summary of domestic and foreign research,this paper puts forward the concept of public security intelligence analyst and the professional definition of public security intelligence analyst.The third chapter is empirical investigation,combined with empirical study on public security intelligence analyst occupation exploration in province JiangSu GuangDong TianJin and ShanDong.comprehensive and comparative analysis,elaborated the construction of intelligence analyst occupation facing problems and challenges.The fourth chapter is the overall idea,puts forward the basic framework of the professional construction of the public security intelligence analyst,.The fifth chapter is the realization path,which is the way to realize the professional construction of the public security intelligence analyst.Lterature research,survey research and comparative study are research method in this paper.Based on reading books and four Department of general intelligence as a research platform,the author puts forward the overall framework of the public security intelligence analyst occupation,including certification organization,management,training and occupation protection of four elements.The professional construction of the intelligence analyst is to solve the problem of the standard of the intelligence analysis,the operation flow of the qualification management,the problem of the standard,the mature training system and the career development channel.The era of big data are both opportunities and challenges for occupation construction of police intelligence analyst.Through the professional construction of public security intelligence analysts,we can train a large number of talents with the spirit of "craftsman" for the public security information work,and lead the public security intelligence analysis work to a new level.
