Research On The Political Bureau Of The Central Committee During The Democratic Revolution

The new democratic revolution is a revolutionary movement under the leadership of the Party to overthrow the semi-colonial and semi-feudal social system and to realize national independence and people's liberation.Among them,the establishment of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee at the level of the Central Organization is a pioneering initiative of the Party in the construction of institutional organizations,and is also a development and innovation that combines the thought of Marxist Party building with the concrete practice of the Chinese revolution.From 27 April to 9 May 1927,our Party set up the Political Bureau of the Central Committee at the Fifth National Congress of the Communist Party of China in order to solve the practical problems of the expansion of the organization and the leadership of the revolutionary work by the CPC Central Committee.The Political Bureau is the central core organ of the Party established on the basis of the Party's Central Committee and acts as the central guiding organ of the Party to guide all its work.The Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee was established from the beginning of the process to perfect and develop into the leading core organ of the Party.Its process of maturation,institutionalization and authority runs through all the important historical stages faced by the Party during the period of democratic revolution,which ensures the consolidation of the leading position of the CPC Central Committee during the period of revolution and the application of scientific decision-making and then laid a strong leadership and a solid institutional foundation for the victory of the new democratic revolution.This paper focuses on the formation,function and development of the politburo during the period of democratic revolution,takes the period of new democratic revolution as the research time limit,starts from the evolution and characteristics of the leading organ of the party before the establishment of the politburo,and focuses on the process of historical change from its initial establishment to maturity and stability,so as to sum up and sort out the experience and enlightenment in its change.Specifically,this paper is divided into six parts.The first part aims at expatiating the origin and significance of the selected topic,summarizing the research status of the leading organ and leading system of the party in the period of democratic revolution,which is dominated by the politburo of the central government,introducing the research methods and innovations of this paper,and providing ideas and laying the foundation for the following exposition.The second part summarizes the establishment,development and characteristics of the leading organs of the CPC Central Committee before the establishment of the Politburo is helpful to clarify the development context of the leading organs of the CPC Central Committee and to further clarify the historical and current demands of the establishment of the Political Bureau on this basis.The third part mainly expounds the establishment and historical background of the Politburo.Under the influence of the background inside and outside the Party,the five Party Congress established the political Bureau of the Central Committee to guide all political work in the country.At the same time,it established the democratic centralism system and the collective leadership system of the Party in the system,which provided the system guarantee for the operation of the political Bureau's authority.The fourth part mainly expounds the difficulties and turning points encountered in the political bureau's historical changes.This part first introduces the impact of the crisis of the political bureau and the wrong line of the party on the normal functioning of the political bureau after the establishment of the political bureau,and then takes the Zunyi meeting as the turning point to discuss the change and stability of the first generation of the party's leading collective and the political bureau's personnel composition and function.Chapter five focuses on the establishment of the Politburo system,as well as the signs of its maturity—the formation of the"five secretaries" leadership system.In this period,the leading system of the "five secretaries" formed on the basis of the members of the political bureau contributed to the victory of the democratic revolution.The sixth part is a reflection and summary of the political bureau's historical changes during the democratic revolution,mainly thinking about the main difficulties and lessons learned in the evolution of the political bureau during the democratic revolution during the democratic revolution.
