In 1935, an American scholar, Hoppock grams in their authored the 8 act in his book first proposed a《Job Satisfaction》this concept. Since then, opens the job satisfaction research, glittering, Related research gradually more up, many scholars from different dimensions and different interface to study the problem. So far, aiming at the prison constabulary the special group conducted satisfaction survey of the metagame, therefore, the current development in this special group of job satisfaction research, is of great significance.This study in Guangdong prison constabulary as the research object, using self-made scale "Guangdong saves prison constabulary job satisfaction questionnaire on job satisfaction", carry out further discussed.Self-made questionnaire has 40 projects, through the project analysis, found 40 items are have higher differential degrees. Then explorative factor analysis, delete 2 project, retain 38 project, and finally obtain the result, Guangdong prison constabulary job satisfaction influence factors has five, respectively is: personal development, leadership behavior, group work, work itself and work motivation. The reliability and validity of the test results show that this questionnaire reached psychometric related requirements, questionnaire reliability and validity, explain questionnaire good quality is better.Through the survey data statistics, Guangdong prison constabulary job satisfaction average score of 3.14, slightly above the ideal mean 3, show Guangdong prison constabulary to current employment status on basic satisfaction attitude, but satisfaction is not high, further improve.Finally, according to the data of statistical results, analyses the causes the present situation of reason and proposed some Suggestions pertinently, for relevant department reference.
