With the development of our country entering a new era,ruling the country by law is boosted comprehensively with fast pace and steady steps.Prison work has put forward new requirements,prison law enforcement is facing new challenges,and prison career has new goals.Because talents are the first resource of development,it requires us to adhere to the development idea of "people-centered" and to promote the all-round development of people constantly.We need to clench the prison police who are the key link,key force and the first resource to promote the development of prison,and to develop the prison career continuously by using talents as the driving force.At present,the existing data shows that the level of job satisfaction of prison police is generally not high that seriously affects the enthusiasm,initiative and creativity of prison police when they work,and limits their role in promoting prison development.Although there are some studies on prison police satisfaction at present,the number of the studies is few and the perspectives are incomplete.Most of them are based on external environment factors of organizations which resulting in unbalanced research,lack of full consideration of people-oriented,and many weak pointed measures.Therefore,this study takes the prison police S as the research object,sets out from the perspective of people-centered and synthetically uses the theory of hierarchy of needs,two-factor theory,expectation theory and other related theories to compiles the " prison police S job satisfaction questionnaire" and to analyze and study the problems of prison police S job satisfaction.Based on the analysis of current research,questionnaire data collection,empirical analysis and typical case analysis,this paper explores the countermeasures to improve the level of job satisfaction of prison police from two aspects: influence factors of demographic variables and prison police's internal factors,so as to improve the overall level of job satisfaction of prison police,enhance the enthusiasm of prison police,promote the efficiency of prison operation and the construction of prisonlegalization,and deepen the practice of ruling the country by law in an all-round way.
