Research On The Government Management Of The Network Public Opinion In Jiangmen City

With the rapid development of the Internet and the popularity of network applications,new media increasingly occupy our lives,more and more people began to express their views and wishes on the Internet,to participate in the management of state affairs.Today's Internet,bearing the meaning of the life of people,social value,and spiritual civilization,is no longer a neutral position of the information platform or communication work.Network public opinion is a collection of views of people on the network to express the problem of social reality,different views,it has the characteristics of fast speed,diversity,interaction.The network public opinion on social order and social harmony and stability of the growing influence of the network public opinion,the local government can be more comprehensive treatment of the public will,can improve the credibility of the government,to enhance the image of the government.Based on the events of the 2013 nuclear fuel project in Jiangmen city as an example,conducts the research to the Jiangmen city government network public opinion management problems,combined with the agenda setting theory and the spiral of silence theory,using interviews,observation and other programs,the case analysis,which summed up the Jiangmen municipal government network public opinion management problems,and put forward the Countermeasures advice.The first chapter describes the existence of some theoretical significance and practical significance of the research network public opinion of government management,and the domestic and foreign literature review summary.The second chapter briefly discusses the theoretical basis of the government management of the network public opinion.Then the third chapter analyzes the case of Jiangmen nuclear fuel project,and further understanding of Jiangmen is the government management of the network public opinion in this event.The fourth chapter uses the theoretical basis to analyze the case,and puts forward the problems and reasons of the government management of the network public opinion in Jiangmen city.In the fifth chapter,the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
