The renovation project of shantytown is conducive to the improvement of housing conditions.However,as Shantytown Renovation is a complicated systematic project,it exposed so much problems as while as it developed at top speed.Effective analysis of the Shantytown Renovation social stability risk,is beneficial to ease contradictions and disputes from the source and maintain social harmony and stability.Due to the number of social stability risk factors involved in the renovation project of shantytowns,the paper introduces analytic hierarchy process-AHP-to construct shantytown renovation project social stability risk assessment index system and study the weight relation among Social stability risk factor index,avoid lack of objectivity,lack of scientific analysis of prediction results in past research methods,ensure the maneuverability of the index system.Establishment and improvement of the social stability risk assessment system for shanty towns,can provide a reference for the risk prevention of construction projects,can make scientific decision.It has far-reaching significance to carry out scientific and reasonable social stability risk assessment,the prevention and elimination of social instability,resolve social conflicts and so on.This paper studies relevant literature,uses combining qualitative and quantitative methods while quantitative based,expert survey method,introduces the domestic and foreign major issues of social stability risk assessment research status,and Defines the social stability risk assessment of the shantytown renovation project.By summarizing the research results at home and abroad,This paper builds the social stability risk assessment index system of Shantytown Renovation.This paper takes shantytown renovation project of Liu Yanhu village in Zhanhua District of Binzhou as the case,and obtains the weight relation of each index,defines the risk level of the project according to the calculation result.
