Research On Community Mental Health Service Demand From Elderly People Living At Home

With the continuous development of economy,China's population aging trend generally.Old age is one of life's turning point,the elderly increased body accelerated aging,disease,death challenges,these changes,different levels of impact on their psychological anxiety,depression,mood,solve the problem of mental health in the elderly is imminent.Thus,according to the specific needs of old people,the establishment of community mental health services in the elderly,has the extremely vital significance,through the questionnaire survey,this study surveys of Shijiazhuang urban elderly demand for community mental health service all aspects of the situation.And through the data analysis,found that the Shijiazhuang urban elderly people for psychological counseling and psychological counseling,community mental health knowledge lecture demand is bigger,to organize activities of psychological health,psychological health monitoring service,professional personnel also have different levels of demand,at the same time,through the study found that gender,age,health status,educational level,economic conditions on all aspects of the elderly community mental health service demand,has different degrees of influence.For the elderly community mental health service demand,therefore,advised on the basis of government support,establish a reasonable and targeted service mode,according to different demographic statistical characteristics of the elderly,provide different forms and contents of the mental health service methods,at the same time to establish prevention and control of combination mechanism,promote the self-care of the elderly mental health.
