Research On The Problem Of The Aged In The Community At Home Under The Background Of The Aging Population

For a long time,the family old-age care has been the way for the Chinese elderly to choose the old-age support.But with the rapid growth of the aging population in China,the appearance of 421 families has made it impossible for the family to provide for the aged from both physical and mental care.Child care and other aspects of the needs,such as empty nest elderly,the elderly died of illness and other phenomena.At present,in our country,in addition to the family pension,but also take the way of institutional pension and community home pension.However,due to the limited number of institutional pension,mixed quality,coupled with the impact of traditional filial piety,many elderly people do not want to choose institutional pension.To a certain extent,the appearance of home pension makes up for the shortcomings of institutional pension.The old people mainly live in their own homes,and the government,hospitals and communities provide old-age care services for the elderly.The appearance of this kind of old-age care can not only satisfy the old peopleundefineds idea of old-age care at home,but also provide a lot of old-age services,which makes more and more regions adopt this way to meet the needs of the elderly.But we should also see that there are many problems in the process of community home-care development.Therefore,through the study of the number of aged population,the proportion of disabled,semi-incapacitated and self-care old people in area A of Tianjin,it is urgent to analyze the development of old-age industry in area A of Tianjin.Secondly,through the analysis of the limited amount of institutional pension in area A,the necessity of developing the family pension industry in area A is obtained,and the research on the methods of developing the family pension in area A in recent years is carried out.Analysis of the current A area in the development of family pension problems.Then by analyzing the advanced experiences of Guangzhou Hefei Chengdu Beijing and other cities abroad Sweden Germany and the United States in providing for the aged at home it concludes how to promote the development of community home pension service.Finally,suggestions are provided for the development of home pension service in area A in the aspects of marketization mechanism,talent training and policy formulation.
