On The Study Of Community Home Care For The Elderly In Kun Shan Under The Background Of The Population Aging

At present,China is in the period of rapid population aging.At the end of the year 2014,the population above 60 has reached 212.42 million in China,accounting for 15.5% of the total population.“421” family structure caused by the one-child policy implementation is making the traditional home care model for the elderly to face the pressure a lot.Community home care for the elderly is a new model with Chinese characteristics.It is a livelihood project,which is in line with Chinese current situation and the psychological need of the elderly.The vigorous development of the community home care service is an important strategic to cope with the challenge of population aging.It is beneficial to the harmony and stability of the society.This paper describes the theoretical and practical significance of this study in the context of the population aging in China.This paper summarizes the achievements and experiences of home care service in the West on the basis of the analysis of the existing literature at home and abroad.At the same time,the paper provides advanced reference in the West to face the challenge in the process of the localization of home care service in China.On the basis of the welfare pluralism theory,the paper conducts the theoretical framework of the liability subject in the community home care service.On the basis of this,the theoretical model of the community home care service system is established.This paper analyzes the current development of the community home care service in Kun Shan through field survey.As an area with more developed coastal economy,Kun Shan has made some achievements in the community home care service,and steadily stepping into a relatively mature era.In view of the existing problems of community home care service in Kun Shan,the paper puts forward some suggestions to improve urban community home care service.The exploration of community home care service in Kun Shan has a positive significance to solve the problems of population aging in other regions in China.
