Research On Matter Of Supply And Demand Of Community-based Home Elderly Care Services In W District Of Kunming City

According to the data of our country’s seventh population census,up to November 1,2020,the total population of China has reached 1411.78 million,of which the population aged 60 and over is about 264.02 million,accounting for18.70%.With the proportion of the elderly population rising year by year,the situation brought by the population ageing of our country is becoming more and more serious,which also forces the development of the old-age service of our country to speed up.Community-based home-based care for the elderly services for its effective social,family and personal connection,so that the elderly enjoy the advantages of local services,has been highly respected in recent years.This paper first conducts a field survey of W district in Kunming Kunming from both the supply and demand sides,and adopts a series of relevant research methods,in the supply and demand side of the problem.On the one hand,from the supply side,although the community home care service in W District has made great achievements,there are still some deficiencies in many aspects,after the investigation,the author will expound the supply subject and policy resource,the present situation of the supply object,the supply mode and the supply content.On the other hand,based on the analysis of the survey data on the demand side,it is found that the demand for community-based old-age services in W district of Kunming can be roughly divided into three categories based on the theory of neo-humanistic needs(Erg),and the needs of the elderly for all kinds of needs from high to low in order for survival needs,mutual needs,growth and development needs.Then,the author of the W District of community home care service supply and demand after a comprehensive analysis of the status quo found that,in the development of community-based home-based care for the elderly in w district of Kunming,there are many problems,such as the policy needs to be optimized and perfected,the multi-supply subjects lack effective coordination,the supply level of care for the elderly needs to be improved,and the mechanism of demand identification and feedback needs to be improved.These problems also lead to the supply and demand of home-based care for the elderly services do not match.To this,the author also pointed out the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.At present,the community home care service for the aged in W district of Kunming is under construction,there are many problems,such as the policy needs to be optimized and perfected,the multi-supply subjects lack of effective coordination,the supply level of old-age service needs to be improved,the demand identification and feedback mechanism need to be perfected,etc.,all these have hindered the community home care service to achieve efficient and reasonable supply and demand adaptation.Therefore,from the perspective of the combination of supply and demand,this paper puts forward some feasible suggestions from the aspects of policy orientation,multi-supply main body function,service supply level and demand identification and feedback,etc.,the aim of this study is to provide a reference for Kunming w district to realize the efficient matching of supply and demand of community-based home care services for the aged.
