With the aging of the increasingly severe,pension problem has been concerned.The development of society and the change of population structure make it difficult for the family to provide for the aged.As an important supplement of the old-age system,the institutional pension is playing a more and more important role.As the most direct caregivers of the elderly,the quality of the nursing staff directly affects the quality of life of the elderly,and even has a significant impact on the pension welfare.In order to understand the quality of nursing staff for the aged and explore the factors affecting the quality of nursing staff,this paper takes Shijiazhuang and Xingtai as examples to carry out the result of the investigation.Take the demand theory,social support theory,motivation theory as the basis,The main research methods: one is literature research method,using CNKI,VIP,national philosophy and Social Sciences Periodical Database Resources,I try to understand the quality status of domestic and foreign nursing staff and the nursing staff should have the quality.Two is the questionnaire survey method,the questionnaire is divided into two parts,the former part is the form of scale,quantitative measurement of the quality of nursing staff;the second part is the form of multiple choice,the main problem is the factors that may affect the quality of nursing staff.Three is the statistical analysis method,the data collected through correlation analysis and factor analysis by SPSS software,get the main factors influencing the quality of nursing staff.Through data analysis,the quality level of current nursing staff's is not high,the quality level of each dimension is different.It is mainly reflected in the low scores of nursing staff in terms of knowledge and skills,legal quality and psychological quality.Through the analysis of the content of the second part of the questionnaire,personal factors,institutional,social factors were also in the different influence on the nursing staff of the ideological quality,knowledge quality,psychological quality,legal quality,innovative quality level.Finally,based on the conclusions of the data analysis,the research from individual,institutions,society and other aspects to research the overall optimization of the nursing staff,the proposed measures in order to improve the overall quality of nursing staff,meanwhile provide a theoretical reference for future practice.The innovation of this thesis is to combinethe human resources management incentive theory which will be used in the optimization of the nursing staff,so as to improve the quality of nursing staff.
