2018 is the 40 th anniversary of China's reform and opening up.Looking back on the past 40 years,such great achievements are not only related to the formulation of correct strategies for China's economic development,but also to the huge labor force under China's demographic dividend.However,it is undeniable that with the implementation of China's "family planning" national policy and the change of people's fertility concept,this situation has changed greatly.The trend of population aging and the total population reaching the "ceiling" can not be reversed.In 2018,the proportion of the elderly over 65 years old in China has exceeded 160 million people,accounting for 11.9% of the total population.Under this background,how to make the elderly,especially the urban elderly,realize their "well being" well,has become the most concern and urgent problem for the masses.As for their direct caregivers,elderly nursing staff,because of the particularity of their occupation,there is still a big gap in the overall supply,which can not meet the complex needs of the elderly in our country.This paper first analyzes the supply and demand of the whole aged nursing staff in China.Secondly,it makes a micro investigation on the needs and supply of the elderly in the two cities of Dalian and Shenyang,and then analyzes the actual supply situation of the three kinds of old-age ways,such as family support,community pension and institutional endowment,and determines whether it is adequate,and uses the multiple ordinal Logistic model to influence the pension of the two cities.The supply factors of nursing staff are analyzed,and the supply guarantee mechanism for different supply modes is put forward.Finally,the Countermeasures for ensuring the operation of the supply mechanism are put forward from the aspects of government,society and education system.According to the survey results,it is concluded that the supply of family pension workers in the two cities can basically cover the demand,but the quality still has room for improvement,especially for the elderly.The supply of spiritual comfort for the elderly is limited.For the elderly in the community,the elderly show obvious interest,but the quality can not reach the standard,most of the staff only provide the most basic care;It shows an obvious shortage of personnel in terms of quantity and quality.In terms of influencing factors,the specific types of services are divided into three modes: family supply,government supply and market supply.According to different modes,the factors that affect supply are different,but mainly related to physical and mental stress,salary,degree of concern,working hours and so on.
