Study On Nursing Staff's Quality To The Elderly's Quality Of Life

With the collapse of our traditional pension mode,the elderly can no longer rely solely on their families to provide for the elderly.Therefore,more and more elderly care providers are going to enter the elderly family to provide nursing services for the elderly.The elderly receive the pension care services provided by the elderly care providers,so that their needs for old-age care can be satisfied,so as to improve their quality of life in their old age.But at present,the quality of the elderly care service staff in China is low,and the level of old age care service is low,which can not really meet the needs of the elderly's nursing services,and reduce the quality of life of the elderly.In view of this,based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory and the welfare pluralism theory as the theoretical basis,and through the methods of literature reading,case studies and comparative analysis,analysis of the causes of low quality of nursing service personnel in China,and trying to improve our old-age nursing countermeasures and the quality of the service personnel.This paper attributed the low quality of the nursing service personnel in China for the following points: first,China's old-age nursing service system started late and the development of the management is not perfect;two,the existing old-age care institutions are not enough;three,the nursing service personnel from the industry threshold low liquidity;four,nursing service personnel;five,the nursing service personnel lack of professional education and training;six,the high-end nursing service practitioners low willingness.On the basis of clarified the reasons,based on the experience of training the elderly nursing service personnel and improving the quality of nursing staff in Japan,the paper puts forward relevant countermeasures to improve the quality of nursing staff in China.The author thinks that in the process of improving the quality of nursing service personnel in our country,we should pay more attention to the division of labor and cooperation among the different welfare subjects.At the national level,we should pay attention to the formulation of the qualification and related laws for the elderly nurses,and grasp the training and quality improvement of the elderly nursing staff from the macro level.The society should be from the specific nursing service personnel training,improve the nursing subject service personnel salary,construction of nursing service personnel and elderly family members between the exchange platform,to strengthen the nursing service industry related publicity and other micro level for implementation.At the same time,to solve the low quality of nursing service personnel in China problems,it should be combined with the specific needs of the elderly pension in our country,the nursing service to the nursing service personnel in China to provide to meet the needs of the elderly,promote the quality of life of the elderly in China increased.
