A Empirical Study On The Factors Influencing Public Acceptance Of Government APP

With the rapid development of mobile Internet,information can be spread quickly between the government and the public.On the one hand,it changed the daily life for citizens to obtain information;on the other hand,it also provided a new way for the government to provide public services,namely,through mobile Internet technology to provided public services,so the Ggovernment APP came into being.Government APP,as a new way of providing public service,has obvious advantages.On the one hand,it saves time and energy for the public to participate in government affairs;on the other hand,it also improves the administrative efficiency of the government.However,at present,the adoption rate of the Government APP is low,and the research on it is relatively less.In this paper,based on the literature review of Government APP adoption,combined with the characteristics of the application and development of Government APP in China,I build the initial model of the impact factors of public adoption Government APP.The model selects 9 factors,including Internet self-efficacy,trust in government,the trust in network environment,perceived usefulness,perceived cost,responsiveness,compatibility,perceived ease of use and social impacts;and 4 demographic variables,including gender,age,education,occupation.And put forward the hypothesis of this study: the trust in government,the trust in network environment,perceived usefulness,responsiveness and compatibility positively influence public adoption Government APP;Internet self-efficacy,perceived cost negative impact public adoption Government APP;perceived ease of use,the social impact of positive influence on perceived usefulness;demographic variables on the Government APP significantly affected the public adoption.In this paper,the SPSS22.0 software is used to analyze the data,including correlation analysis,regression analysis and variance analysis.Through the empirical analysis found that trust in the government,the trust in network environment,perceived usefulness,responsiveness and compatibility positively affect public adoption;perceived ease of use,the social impacts of positive effect on perceived usefulness;there are significant differences between different age and education of the public adoption.From the research conclusions,the following four aspects of enlightenment are obtained: strengthening the government credibility and network security construction,enhancing public trust,innovating the service content,providing the usefulness of Government APP,strengthening service quality construction,improving the responsiveness of Government APP;According to local conditions,improve the compatibility of Government APP.
