Research On The Satisfaction Of Basic Medical Service

The "village-to-habitat" community is a new type of community which is accompanied by the development and expansion of the city.The "village-to-habitat" community is different from the city and the countryside,and the development level of the public services in this community is still relatively low.The growth of the demand for community health services and the low level of medical services in the community become a contradiction of the "village-to-habitat" community development.In order to solve this contradiction,we need to do research.After the "village-to-habitat",the supply of public services in the community has changed,and people's needs have also changed.With the improvement of living standard,people pay more and more attention to the public services,especially in the situation of today's difficult and expensive,medical service as a public service in the most attention,developmental level of medical service can represent the whole community in on the whole.The health-care community can reflect that the overall economic level of the community is high,and the people's satisfaction with the community is high.In order to understand the degree of community residents' perception of community medical care,the study of the satisfaction degree of community medical service in the village is chosen.It is mainly to measure the actual perception of the community residents to study the satisfaction of medical services.This paper chose to use model,design the questionnaire and empirical analysis method,analysis of the results obtained by the data will be more scientific,to fully understand that the current change in the village community development status,through analysis of the results to the community managers to improve the "village-to-habitat" community medical service,also to provide the construction experience of community development.In addition,in order to study the theory of "village-to-habitat" community,the theory has been enriched and improved.At first,this paper compares and analyses the related satisfaction model at home and abroad and combs the research on medical service by using the satisfaction model.Then,on the premise of a large number of reading satisfaction related models,and combining with the national conditions of our country,a degree of satisfaction index model is established to measure the "village-to-habitat" community.According to the satisfaction model,the index system is set up,ten relation hypotheses are put forward,and the questionnaire is set up.In this paper,a number of typical characteristics of the "village-to-habitat" of the community to carry out a questionnaire,the collection of effective data integration analysis.The main purpose is to use AMOS21.0 and SPSS20.0 statistical analysis tools.First of all,the questionnaire data and the results are analyzed and the reliability and validity of the obtained results satisfy the standard value,prove that the data is reliable,the design of the questionnaire is reasonable and effective,and then correlation and regression analysis to verify the influence factors of "village-to-habitat" community medical service satisfaction,obtained between each assume that the variables are related,but also can evaluate the degree of relationship between each variable hypothesis.By statistical software,we can verify the relationship between various potential variables.Through analysis,the ten hypotheses are established,which provides a theoretical basis for how to build "village-to-habitat" community.According to the research results,the residents' expectation,perceived quality and perceived value and satisfaction are related,so this paper will enhance the perception of the residents' quality and enhance the residents' perceived value and reasonable guide the people's psychological expectations put forward countermeasures and suggestions of the three aspects.In order to make some contributions to the medical construction of the "village-to-habitat" community.At the same time,some limitations of this paper are put forward at the end of this paper,which have some limitations on the selection of sample objects and the collection of sample numbers.The selected typical village changing communities do not represent all the "village-to-habitat" communities,and the number of samples is not large enough.The results may be biased.In order to expand the sample size in the future research,we will classify the research of the community according to the province,so as to improve the universally accessibility of the research results.
