The youth ideological education work can not be separated from the group of youth ideological education workers.As youth ideological education workers,Young Pioneers counselors encounters with challenges in their development that how to comply with the times and improving their own quality to meet the quality standards with the double requirements of external policies,teachers profession specialization and the self-cultivation of internal teachers.In the exploration of the pioneers counselors’ quality,the author sorts out research results from relevant scholars at home and abroad with questionnaire,interviews,literature research and other methods.Through the literature analysis,combing the relevant research results at home and abroad,to understand the young pioneers of the main tasks of the work,the young pioneers of the overall quality of the situation and the match between the situation.Based on the theory of education,psychology and the national policy,the law of education and the practice,the author constructs the quality standard of young pioneers.Through the questionnaire survey,the author get the statistics of the young pioneers of Hunan Province,to understand the young pioneers counselors’ self role cognition.Using interviews to investigate the current situation of young pioneers organization construction in Hunan Province,to grasp the influence factors and career expectations of young pioneers.Finally,the overall grasp and analysis of the current situation and influencing factors of the young pioneers in Hunan province.Based on the questionnaires and interview results,it is found that there are many problems for the young pioneers counselors quality development in Hunan province,such as the lack of the degree of internalization of individual psychological quality,the lack of professional knowledge and ability.The causes of the problems are:professional training path,personal accomplishment,management mechanism.According to the present situation and problem analysis combined with the interview is expected,from the expansion of training path,improve self-cultivation,improve the management mechanism three aspects put forward countermeasures to improve the quality of the young pioneers counselors in Hunan Province.
