The Components,Status And Training Of The Mental Quality Of Young Pioneers Counselors

The young pioneers counselors as the young pioneer organization and help to carry out various educational activities close friends and mentors,the psychological quality is very important.But the young pioneers counselors psychological quality is quite rare,so it is necessary on the basis of existing research status,structure,expand and deepen the counselor psychological quality,study and countermeasures culture.On the basis of current research at home and abroad,and the<Young Pioneers counselor competence(counselors)work necessary psychological quality interview outline>,25 primary and secondary schools in Hunan province.The counselor interviews unconstrained analysis method,and the<Young Pioneers counselors mental quality questionnaire>,326 Hunan province of primary and secondary school teachers in the survey found:Young Pioneers counselors psychological quality by general psychological quality and the psychological quality of occupation,the former includes two factors of personality and ability to adapt,after Including occupation cognition,occupation skills,leadership,professional four factors.As teachers of young pioneers counselors believe that the better the present group counselors work better,but not very competent.There are significant differences in the status of counselors' psychological quality and the cognition of competencies among teachers of different schools(teachers of key schools/teachers in general schools),and of different types(Young Pioneers counselors and Ordinary teachers).There is a significant difference in the psychological quality and cognition of competence of different gender teachers.But there is no significant difference in the cognition of counselor's psychological quality and competency between different age teachers.Social causes of the psychological quality of young pioneers counselors is looking forward to the high society,the role is not clear and the low degree of social recognition,put pressure on departments at all levels of education,school reasons the main personnel arrangements are not reasonable,heavy and light moral education teaching,promotion and training channel is not smooth,the young pioneers counselors is the main reason for self height standard Strict requirements,diversification needs are not met,the interpersonal relationship handling.To improve the status of counselors psychological quality of the young pioneers,the society is to increase education funding,establish counselors selection and promotion mechanism,the Department in charge of education of school organization combined with appropriate training,two schools to form a counselor development community,reasonable arrangement of personnel and eliminate the bystander effect people oriented,to establish a good psychological contract,three counselors to improve the professional quality,change the concept and adjust their thinking,construct a good social support system.
