| Whether developed or developing countries,the development of enterprises are occupying an important position in the national economy.It has made great contributions to the prosperity of the economy,the provision of employment and the maintenance of stability,and has promoted the operation of the economy and society.Therefore,the state and the community pay great attention to the development of enterprises.In recent years,the grassroots government has also responded positively to the call of the state and made great efforts in the development of service enterprises,and achieved good results in a certain range.But as time goes on,a lot of problems have come up.Therefore,how to deal with the relationship between the development of urban enterprises and grass-roots government is the purpose of this study.Above all,this study puts forward the practice and the significance about the topic,the status of the research at home and abroad,the ideas and the methods to research the topic.Secondly,this study selected more than 200 different types of enterprises in Tianjin to conduct a questionnaire survey,and summarized the collected data to draw the current situation and the main problem of the enterprises in the current policy environment of Tianjing grassroots government.Thirdly,combined with the example of Tianjin,this study expounds the present situation of the service provided by the grass-roots government of Tianjin for the enterprises,and then analyzes the existing problems and the causes of these problems.Finally,based on the actual,this study put forward some countermeasures of practical significance from the perspective of enterprise and government on how to enhance the service awareness for enterprise,improve the socialized service system of the enterprise,change the service mode of the grassroots government,perfect the supervision system between the enterprise and the grassroots government,and adjust the enterprise to coordinate with the government. |
