Study On Matrix Style Development Of Public Security Microblog Of China

Depending on the characteristic of openness and interaction,the new media platform,especially the microblog,has developed rapidly in China in recent years,and gradually become China's leading public opinion field,which breaking the information barrier established by the traditional media platform.The public can be free to publish or spread information through the new media platform which is more open and decentralized.Since the public has been turned form "the silent" into publisher,they paid more attention to the Openness of Government Affairs,the E-Government,and the Public Participation.In this context,the public security organs take initiative to change through establishing Public Security Microblog(PSM),which aims to improve work,respond to public concern and expectations,open government affairs,guide the network public sentiment,and collect Internet users' suggestion.The measure provides a strong support for the police work.This study first elaborates the related theories of PSM,then selectively analyzes the development course and the necessity of PSM.This study also deeply analyzes the role of PSM during operation,existing problems,and the causes.Finally,according to the above situation,the author puts forward the use of matrix style mode to improve PSM work,which means establishing a reasonable and effective management system by designing the Top Level scientifically to enhanced coordination and cooperation,and expand the scale of the PSM cluster.Of course,the social environment and Internet Technology continues to change,and the management of PSM should also continuously improve.The matrix style development described in this study is only a model for reference,not a perfect solution.In the process of execution,the manager should individuality operate it according to the local conditions and strengthen the public service function.
