Study On Prevention And Control Of Mass Incidents For Public Security Organs In Tianjin

In the current situation of domestic social development,the transformation and upgrading of various industries,the change of system mode and the integration of all interests are at a critical time.Due to the changing of various interests in the society,the adjustment of the control structure,the speed of the assignment of work and the flow of personnel,and a series of reasons caused many contradictory disputes,which are gradually highlighted.Especially because of the reform of enterprise system,unemployment of workers,labor contract disputes,relocation planning,judicial disputes,and other aspects of the problems are more serious and contradictions are prominent.The number of group cases caused by this kind of factors has been climbing.In addition,the performance and nature of the cases are presented with serious trend.The danger of social harmony increases and the difficulty of handling this kind of incidents is rising.In the major administrative bodies,the public security organ is responsible for dealing with a series of events endangering social stability and public safety,and it is very important for governing this kind of situation.In view of the external factors such as government agencies or other functional departments in some places,the public security organs are often influenced by their cases in the process of handling the case,which makes the final processing effect and the expectation exist the gap.A new cognition and research are conducted on the group events in Tianjin in this thesis to investigate the root cause of the case.According to the duty position of public security organ in the incident,we can propose efficient and reasonable treatment plan,which will effectively promote the social harmony and the function of public security organ in Tianjin,and further to say that this has far-reaching influence on the harmonious process of the whole society.In this paper,firstly giving a detailed account of the background ?Purpose and significance of the topic?research situation at home and abroad and model;Secondly,the definition,characteristics and theoretical knowledge of such events are discussed;Moreover,the cause of the event is analyzed in detail;Fourth is to analyze the present situation of the mass incidents handled by the public security organs in Tianjin;Finally,in view of the above research,listing effective strategies to solve mass incidents.
