Urban public transport,as the most important part of the government's public service,is closely related to the daily life of residents and is also an important part of urban infrastructure construction.Public transportation links the inner city,the politics,economy and culture between the city and the city and forms a bridge for communication.A city can also better publicize and shape its own city through public transportation in the city Image.However,with the social and economic development of our country and the overall progress of the society,the city will also develop along with it.The city puts forward higher requirements for the development of urban public transport.However,at present,the overall level of urban public transport development in China is still unsatisfactory.Problems such as traffic congestion and environmental pollution still plague the development of urban public transport in China.Therefore,how can a reasonable evaluation system be adopted for the overall urban public transport?An effective evaluation was made on the level of development,pointing out the significant and urgent problems in the development of urban public transport,and proposing construction proposals with theoretical basis and scientific support has become the focus of research in urban public transport.First of all,this paper analyzes the research status at home and abroad,including the study of a large number of scholars and the analysis of the actual structure of urban public transport related evaluation systems in major cities at home and abroad,and clearly understands the various tasks required for writing this article.The context has a clearer understanding.After defining the concept of urban public transport,the concept of urban public transport is described in both generalized and narrow sense.At the same time,the urban public transport is classified according to its technical characteristics and modes of transport,and according to the focus of this article,It focuses on research and summarizes the characteristics of conventional public transportation and rail transit.At the same time,due to the inextricable link between urban public transport and the city,this chapter begins with an explanation of the relationship between urbanization and public transport.Through the sorting out of the urban public traffic evaluation process,there is a clear understanding of the evaluation process.Strictly abide by the principles of index selection,use literature reading research,expert inquiries and other methods to adjust,revise and determine the selected indicators,and finally identified three major categories of indicators,namely,facilities and equipment,passenger satisfaction,energy saving and emission reduction,and The indicators included a total of thirteen small indicators as the main targets for the evaluation and established an index evaluation system.After analyzing a large number of scholars' research results and studying many urban public transport related evaluation methods,through the consideration of the objectives to be achieved in this article and the author's own ability and other factors,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was finally selected as the development of urban public transport in this article.The final evaluation method of level evaluation is refined into two-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation based on the established index evaluation system,and a fuzzy evaluation model is established.Since the weight calculation of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is very important,this chapter will list the weight calculation separately.After establishing the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model,in order to verify the scientificity,rationality and practicality of the evaluation model,this article takes Xi'an as an example to conduct field research,obtain data,and verify the evaluation model.According to the results of the final comprehensive evaluation,this paper proposes scientific and theoretically based optimization proposals for the development of public transportation in Xi'an from the aspects of infrastructure construction,public transport service levels,energy conservation and emission reduction,and policy guidance.The results show that the research in this paper has a certain degree of scientificity and practicality,and it has a guiding role in the development of urban public transport.
