Old Urban Communities Based On Residents' Needs Livability Evaluation Research

Under the call of our people-centered concept of continuous protection and improvement of people's livelihood and the improvement of people's well-being,"livability" has gradually become the key word for urban construction,and the urban community as a basic unit of the city is deeply livable or not Affects the overall livability of the city.However,in the rapid development of urbanization in our country,many old communities have not been included in the scope of municipal relocation.There are many problems such as aging infrastructure,lack of community management services,and lack of citizen participation spirit.It is easy for the overall construction of livability.The neglected objects,therefore,this article will focus on the old communities generated in the rapid urban renewal and development,trying to provide reference opinions on the livability construction of the old urban communities through research and analysis.In view of the fact that the author's research object is mainly the old urban communities,the Zhongyuan District,which is a widely distributed old community in Zhengzhou,was selected as the representative.Four communities were selected through random sampling for in-depth questionnaire surveys and interviews,and from the following aspects Research:1.Through sorting out the existing relevant research in the academic world,this article builds on the theoretical basis of the human settlement environment theory,multi-center governance theory,and new public service theory,and builds a community livability evaluation index system,in which the element layer includes the living environment and living convenience,Community service level,and community civilization,the indicator layer includes 22 specific evaluation indicators such as the community's natural environment and green living conditions.2.Use entropy weight method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to carry out quantitative research,comprehensively analyze the livability of old communities in Zhongyuan District,Zhengzhou City,and separately analyze the living environment,living convenience,community service level and community ofold communities An in-depth analysis of the four major aspects of civilization revealed that the following problems existed in the construction of livability in old communities: firstly,the effect of residential environment transformation was uneven;secondly,the division of community functions was unclear;again,the overall level of community services needed to be improved;finally,The participation of livable community construction is insufficient.3.In order to better promote the improvement of the livability level of the old community,continuously improve social equity and social harmony,and truly allow the fruits of social development to benefit all people,this article believes that the livability of the old community can be approached from the following aspects Improvement and improvement: focus on the comprehensive environmental transformation of the community and establish a long-term management mechanism;clarify the positioning of the grassroots government and improve the efficiency of the construction of livable communities;take residents as the center and promote the precise transformation of livable community services;Subjects participate in the construction of livable communities.
