On The Perfection Of The Of The Interaction And Cooperation Mechanism Ofthe Multl-organization In Commuity Correction

Community correction is a kind of legal activity that in the aim at helping criminals to go back and adapt social lives as quickly as possible,they are put into community to serve a sentence instead of sent into prison,and the department concerned will take some measures to correct the their psychology,ideology and bad behavior with the help of social institution and volunteers.Community correction develops fast in some foreign countries such as The US,Japan,which have very mutual community correction mechanism.However,community correction is a new thing in China,in which has developed only for thirteen years since it launched a pilot project in some big cities like Beijing,Shanghai,etc.In these thirteen years,community correction in our country has exposed some problems which has bad influence on its developments.One of the biggest problems is that every of the organization's responsibility in community correction is not so clear,their cooperation is so poor,and the management is not so proper.Based on the Theory of System Management and Cooperation Governance which are the important content of the Theory of the Public Administration,this paper take the many methods such as researching,document literature studying,case study method to analyze the reasons of the problems,and throw out suggestions to solve these problems.
