Research On Multi Subject Cooperation Mechanism In Community Governance

Under the new era,China's social governance is being driven by the spirit of innovation,going forward and going to modernization.As a concrete manifestation of the microscopic practice of social governance,community governance has increasingly become an important part of the state governance system.Traditionally,community governance has not been formed because of the power of multiple subjects.It can only rely on government power and takes executive orders as its mainstay.Community governance lacks the active intervention of social forces.Since entering a new era,social forces have grown rapidly under the nurturing and support of the state.The multiple subjects of social governance have basically taken shape.Community governance has shown a new mode of co-operation and co-governance among multiple subjects.However,since the Multi-Cooperation mode has just emerged,it is not perfect,It is necessary to sum up experiences in practice and improve its operational mechanism so as to eventually become the basis of the modernization of community governance in China.As far as the rationality of the logic of community governance is concerned,the process of pluralistic cooperation among party committees,governments,society,markets and other forces must be inevitable.Specifically,with the community as a platform and under the leadership of the party building,multiple subjects,including government,community residents,non-profit organizations and some social enterprises,work in concert and adhere to the principle of the rule of law to meet the actual needs of the community.Continue to seek greater community well-being.In such a process of cooperation,we can not only meet the needs of the community in daily operation,but also improve work efficiency and resource utilization.This article is based on the author's practice in F community for more than eight months.Through experiential observation of the overall construction of the community as well as the actual operation of the multiple cooperation in the community,a large number of in-depth interviews were conducted at the same time,Actual and innovative social governance "big comprehensive management" model,BinHu energy,volunteer service,governance council,neighborhood care groups and other characteristics of the path,conducted a more in-depth study,summing up its successful experience and trying to find its Shang To be perfect deficiencies,such as lack of awareness of residents,lack of professional service personnel and other issues.Finally,the article gives some targeted suggestions,in order to better promote the modernization of community governance.The countermeasures and suggestions are as follows:To win the resident's identity and work together to promote innovation;to get rid of traditional thinking and establish innovative ideas;to increase capital investment and improve infrastructure;to integrate resources from all quarters and to recruit professionals;to continuously reform operational mechanisms and increase the viability of governance.
