Research On Community Governance Of Dongshahu Community Working Committee In Suzhou Industrial Pak

At present,China's open market economy greatly promotes the economic growth,and deepening reform promotes the continuous development of society.At the same time,a lot of social problems and social contradictions have been derived,which makes the social governance more difficult.The basic composition of urban society is urban community,which is the basic carrier of social governance.The Third Plenary Session of the Eighteenth Central Committee of the CPC put forward to promote the construction of national governance;community governance,as one of the most important issues,has become a hot academic concern.At present,the concept of community governance in our backward,which causes social stability some problems,somehow brings certain extent intensified social contradictions.Community as a basic form of society is also the most important body of social governance.Due to the rapid development of China's economy and rapid change of social structure,only with constant innovation and through effective innovation can community governance go into a benign cycle.Therefore,we must actively explore new ways of community governance;actively play the role of community governance,which is also a significant measure that our Party takes to reinforce the grassroots ruling foundation and to improve the modernization of our country.This paper combines the theory of new public management theory,the theory of good governance and autonomy of residents.The concept of community,community governance and community governance mechanisms are analyzed and defined,the evolution of China's community governance mode is combed.With the case study of Dongshahu Community Working Committee,the author uses the methods of literature study,interview,case study and so on.The current status of community governance in Dongshahu is summarized and described,followed by the analysis on the existing community governance process,and analyzes the reasons for these problems,and finally put forward countermeasures should be taken.From the analysis and summary of the community governance in Dongshahu,I hope to explore the beneficial experience of community governance,so as to improve the community governance.
