Research On The Government Response To The Network Public Opinion In The Sudden Public Events

In recent years,the number of mass incidents in our country presents the trend of increasing year by year,the contradiction of interests,the harmfulness and the complexity.This not only leads to the great loss of social and economic life,but also threatens the security of people's property.Emergency network public opinion is a "double-edged sword",which will promote economic development and social progress can also lead,wrong orientation,confuse the public,disrupting the social order.How to view the impact of network public opinion,the government to take effective measures to control improper behavior,both to expand the public through the network in order to participate in public events,and avoiding its negative effect,is an urgent problem.This paper through the literature research method,comparative analysis method and case study method,in a variety of public management,crisis management and other related theories,through the analysis of Wenzhou local cases,problems and reasons of the existence of government in response to public opinion,and puts forward some countermeasures to improve and strengthen our local government departments in dealing with the network public opinion public safety aspects.This paper is divided into six parts:First,it introduces the research background,the research goal and the research significance,the domestic and foreign research present situation,the innovation and the insufficiency,the research mentality and the main research method.Second,the definition of related concepts and elaborated,and elaborated on the concept of the significance of the study of public opinion.Third,the network of public opinion on the impact of the government,mainly through the positive and negative effects of the two parts of the research and elaboration.Fourth,the specific analysis and research of the government in dealing with the problem of network public opinion,based on the government at all levels in Wenzhou as the main reference sample and combined with China's nearly six years of hot events comprehensive analysis.Fifth,taking the government at all levels in Wenzhou as an example,the specific analysis of the reasons for the formation of the problem of the network public opinion.Sixth,based on the above analysis of specific cases,put forward countermeasures,namely:perfect the early warning mechanism of network public opinion;establish and improve the monitoring system of network public opinion;strengthen the government network public opinion crisis consciousness;improve the overall social emergency capability;fostering the work of the government in a positive image.
