Reaserch On The Government Governance Mechanism Of Network Public Opinion In Sudden Mass Incidents

China is in a historical transition period of profound adjustment of social relations and interest structure.In the face of sudden mass incidents,it is necessary for the government to establish a scientific,timely and appropriate response.With the development of China's front-end technology,the Internet platform has become the main channel for people to obtain information and release their opinions.At the same time,for government departments,online public opinion has become a common form of public opinion.In dealing with sudden network events,the government's response,as the authoritative subject,will directly affect the development of the event.The freedom and anonymity of the communication of online public opinions have provided a breeding ground for various false information and untrue remarks,and also brought challenges to the governance of government departments.From the perspective of online public opinions caused by sudden mass incidents,this paper classifies the evolution process of online public opinions based on the research of Chinese and foreign scholars on government guidance in online mass incidents.This paper analyzes the current situation of the network public opinion government governance mechanism,and discusses the shortcomings of the current network governance mechanism.Combining the theory of collaborative governance and the theory of public crisis governance,this paper puts forward the improvement strategy of online public opinion government governance mechanism.This paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which introduces the research background,theoretical significance and practical significance of the research,sorts out the research status of domestic and foreign scholars,and introduces the research methods of this paper.The second chapter elaborates relevant concepts and theoretical basis,sorts out the concept and evolution process of online public opinions,and discusses the necessity of government governance in online public opinions.The third chapter discusses the current situation and existing problems of China's current online public opinion governance mechanism through questionnaires.The fourth chapter elaborates the attribution of the current online public opinion governance mechanism in China.The fifth chapter discusses the improvement countermeasures of the current government public opinion governance mechanism in China from the perspectives of collaborative governance mechanism,training mechanism,early warning and disposal mechanism,monitoring mechanism and accountability mechanism.
