Research On The Protection Of The Rights And Interests Of Female Migrant Workers In China

With the development of economy and the acceleration of urbanization,a large number of rural surplus labor force into the city,forming a distinctive phenomenon of migrant workers with Chinese characteristics.Migrant workers are no longer confined to men,women in order to share the burden of the family and the pursuit of personal development,but also choose to work in the city.The proportion of female migrant workers in the employment and Entrepreneurship of migrant workers is increasing.Female migrant workers are those who have agricultural accounts,from the countryside into the city,to make a living in the town of women.Due to institutional factors,social cultural factors and their own factors,the basic rights and interests of this group are not effectively guarantee,not in the specific performance in the protection of women migrant workers political rights,economic rights and interests are not effectively protected,personal rights are often infringed and other aspects.To solve the problem of lack of protection of migrant workers rights and interests of women,we must start from the government,society,female migrant workers,two yuan to break the urban and rural system reform related basic system,change the traditional social inherent idea,to build a perfect system to protect the rights and interests of women migrant workers.Only in this way can we truly realize the effective protection of the rights and interests of female migrant workers,in order to meet the needs of this group,in order to maintain social stability and build a harmonious socialist society.It is expected that this paper can provide effective suggestions for the protection of the rights and interests of female migrant workers,and contribute to the social and legal construction of China.
