The Research On Supervision Of China's Imported Food Safety Under The New Normal Economy

Food safety issues have been highly regarded by citizens and governments around the world,which are closely related to people's health and even affect people's lives and safety,related to the process of social harmony and stability and national economic construction.At present,under the trend of China's economic rise,China's consumption level is rising linearly,and the demand for import and export food is increasing day by day.Due to the impact of the outbreak of domestic food safety problems in recent years,more and more domestic consumers are trend to choose imported food.At the same time,in the context of the new normal economic situation,China's current economic development presents the stage characteristics.As import and export trade as an important part of GDP,import and export food trade is also increasing.In order to meet the new economic conditions and the need for food safety supervision,the implementation of the new "Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China"(October 1,2015)has achieved some success.And in the development trend of new normal economic,the objects of supervision become more diversified.With the continuous improvement of supervision and inspection level,trade volume grows rapidly,but also China's food safety supervision is facing more and more complex situation.In order to improve the supervision level of import and export food safety fundamentally,the rule of law must be strengthened,and the relevant functional departments need to increase work efficiency,construct professional inspection team and implement leadership accountability and network information monitoring platform to ensure the safety of imported food.This paper uses the methods of literature analysis,historical analysis and comparative analysis to understand the challenges faced by China's imported food safety supervision in the new economic background,and then,in the light of the new food safety problem,At present,China's current situation of imported food safety supervision analysis,found that the problems and analysis of the causes of the problem,and then learn and analyze the United States,Japan,the European Union and other countries and regions cash experience and practice,with a view to the import food safety supervision issues,And put forward their own views.The research of this subject is divided into five levels: First,the introduction;Second,the theory of imported food safety supervision;Third,the new economic conditions,China's import food safety supervision of the status quo to be analyzed and discussed;,Foreign imports of food safety supervision experience and revelation;Fifth,improve China's import food safety supervision concept,conclusion.The study of this paper can provide some reference for the improvement of imported food safety supervision.
