Study On The Construction Of Honest Party Conduct In Rural Areas Of Yanbian

Since the 18th CPC national congress,the CPC central committee has put forward a series of policies and regulations to strengthen the building of the party's clean government,resolutely oppose corruption and promote the fight against corruption,and have achieved remarkable results.To strengthen the construction of the party's basic-level organization,especially the construction of primary party organizations in rural areas is one of the important focus of the party's construction,including strengthening the construction of rural grass-roots party organization movement is important one annulus to strengthen the construction of rural party,also is the healthy development of the rural economic and social undertakings.Therefore,to give full play to the rural grassroots party organizations and the general party member cadre's lead exemplary role,to strengthen the construction of rural grassroots movement and promote the healthy development of rural economy,the comprehensive construction socialism new countryside.Yanbian Korean autonomous prefecture located in the eastern part of jilin province,the border with north Korea and Russia,is the frontier minority areas,strengthen and advance the frontier rural primary party organizations construction is the key,is not only beneficial to maintaining frontier ethnic unity and stability,also can promote the local rural economic development,to build a harmonious and stable social environment.Yanbian state has achieved some achievements in the construction of the rural grass-roots party's clean government,through some characteristic practices and work experience.However,there are many deficiencies in the construction of the rural grass-roots party's clean government,which need to be further improved.Therefore,this paper analyzes and probes into the problems and countermeasures of the construction of the rural grass-roots party in the rural areas of yanbian state through five parts.The first part is the introduction,which includes the research direction,the present situation and the innovation points of the thesis.The second part mainly focuses on the characteristics of party construction since the 18th national congress and the connotation,characteristics and functions of the construction of the party's clean government and the construction of the rural CPC,which is the theoretical basis of this article.The third part expounds the current situation and existing problems of promoting the construction of rural grass-roots party in yanbian state.The fourth part puts forward the countermeasures to strengthen and promote the construction of the rural grassroots party.The fifth part is the conclusion.This article emphatically discussed,and advance the frontier minority areas rural grassroots party organizations to strengthen movement thinking and countermeasures of the construction of the party,promoting the rural grass-roots party organizations to provide some useful reference of party to build a clean government,and to the implementation of the strategy of rejuvenating and propulsion in the country,in maintaining the harmony and stability of the frontier minority areas,provide some useful ideas.
