Research On The Internal Control Of XH Armed Police

With the continuous development and improvement of modern military management in our country,the internal control management plays a more and more important role in the work management process of the armed forces.On the one hand,the armed forces rely on internal control,can effectively improve the work efficiency,greatly enhance the efficiency of the use of funds;on the other hand,the armed forces rely on internal control,can increase the transparency of the work,improve public trust and promote clean government forces.With the scientific and intensive development of financial management,advanced management concept the army was gradually adopted,the internal control mechanism of the armed forces highly valued as an important subject to research.this paper attempts to,starting from the basic theory and principles of internal control,based on the internal control questionnaire of the XH armed police force,analyze the causes of problems,put forward some basic thinking and modes of internal control of the XH armed police force.Through earnestly investigate at the grassroots level,conscientiously sum up and analyze the findings of the survey,and establish the main frame of internal control management;formulate internal control performance appraisal plans at all levels,define the responsibilities of leaders at all levels;determine a major leader in charge of internal control management,the political department is responsible for organizing the establishment of a special assessment organization,do well in the overall leading,organization,and management of internal control performance evaluation.This paper is divided into seven parts:The first part is an introduction,where the background and significance of this research are discussed;the current situation of the research related to this topic at home and abroad is analyzed;and the research path and content of the thesis are analyzed.The second part is the basic theory,introducing the concepts,principles and objectives of internal control and expounding the meaning and theoretical basis of internal control of armed police forces.The third part is to analyze the status quo and problems of the internal control of XH armed police force,and explain the status quo of the force through the form of questionnaires.The fourth part includes a summary of the existing problems in the internal control environment,activities,information and communication,and supervision of the XH armed police force,and an analysis of the causes.The fifth part is to optimize the internal control system of XH armed police force,studying from three aspects of the system,i.e.design principles,formulation of the standard system,optimization design.In the sixth part,supporting measures for the internal control system reform of the XH armed force are proposed and summarized from five aspects:organization structure construction,personnel quality enhancement,establishment of people-oriented internal control culture,performance management advancement,and informatization reform.The seventh part is a conclusion,summarizing the main research results of this paper while providing suggestions and prospects for the follow-up research in light of the limitations of the internal control research of XH armed police force and this paper.
