Design And Implementation Of Integrated Management System For Information Service Of Armed Police Force

In recent years,following the wave of scientific and technological development,the armed police force of our country has continuously strengthened its own digital network communication construction,and command communication has basically realized digital informatization.In this paper,the integrated management system of service informatization of one city armed police force is studied and the main problems existing in the system are analyzed.It is found that although the armed police force has started to use various modern information technology equipment,such as monitoring,wireless communication voice and advanced image recognition technology,the system operates independently and does not form a systematic integrated control center.This leads to the fact that the service commander still can not understand the real-time dynamic service process,nor can he dynamically track and observe the status of the duty sentry in real time.In view of the above problems,this paper designs and implements the integrated management system of armed police duty information.The main technical difficulties lie in the following: firstly,it is necessary to integrate and control the existing information resources which operate independently;secondly,it is necessary to ensure the quality of dynamic service management by using various information resources;thirdly,it is necessary to ensure the stability,security and expansion of the integrated system on the basis of technical improvement.Firstly,this paper introduces the research background and significance of the armed police force service information integrated management system,and analyses the problems that need to be solved.JAVAEE architecture,UML modeling language and SQL Server 2016 database technology are adopted to design and implement the system.This paper puts forward the design objective of the integrated management system of service information,and then carries on the demand analysis of the system,including feasibility analysis,functional demand analysis and non-functional demand analysis.In the analysis of functional demand,the use case diagrams of each functional module are designed,and the use cases of each use case diagram are given.In the system design,according to the actual situation of the system,the network topology structure design and function design of the system are carried out,including five functions: system management module,equipment resource management module,duty monitoring management module and sentinel management module.Through functional structure diagram,workflow diagram,working sequence diagram and so on.Class diagrams elaborate on the specific design,and through the design of E-R diagrams and database table structure,the database is designed.Finally,the specific implementation of each functional module and system test are given.After system development,system testing,data import and trial operation,the integrated management system of service information developed has been put into trial operation in August 2018,which can meet the actual needs of the army and achieve the goal of system construction.
