Research On The Accountability Of Discipline Inspection Authorities

In July 2016,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China issued the Regulations on Accountability of the Communist Party of China,as the first basic law to standardize the work of the Party's accountability.To release the strong political information that is responsible for responsibility and accountability.The importance of accountability in the three main responsibilities of the discipline inspection watchdog,"supervision,discipline and accountability",has been raised to an unprecedented level.However,in the concrete practice of the grass-roots discipline inspection and supervisory organization,how to make the "accountability ordinance"to be taken root?How to accurately grasp the situation and scale of accountability?How does accountability work?How to urge all levels of units to strictly implement,do not walk the sample?Focused on accountability for at home and abroad in recent years working practice and experience,this paper makes a deep analysis and sorting,more detailed elaborated the Bayannur city discipline inspectionAuthority in exploring the problems existing in the conduct of accountability,and further analysis the reasons,and according to the practical problems,put forward to raise awareness,accurately grasp the connotation of the accountability,adhere to the problem oriented,highlighting key accountability matters,to set up the big responsibility report,standardize accountability case procedure such as solution.In this paper,the discipline inspection organs to fulfill their duties of accountability,and perfecting the mechanism,pour check shall be investigated for the meticulous research,combining the current work of the discipline inspection organs Bayannur city,put forward the reasonable improvement measures,as a basic discipline inspection organs to perform the functions of accountability for exploration,in order to promote discipline inspection work at the grass-roots level innovation to carry out a little contribution.
