The Study Of Career Identification Of Prison Policemen

With the rapid development in the world nowadays,more and more people are paying attention to burnout,which is corresponding to career identity.Career identity can reduce burnout significantly.And the higher the career identity is,the harder the individual works,and the less the burnout is.Studying the career identity of the prison policemen will help them reduce the burnout,enhance the sense of working responsibility,the sense of belonging to the career and occupational pride,and improve their work attitude,promote teamwork,improve working efficiency.So that they will abide by the Constitution and the law more strictly,devote to their duty,enforce law fairly and honestly,guard the prison gates,educate and reform criminals better and transform the criminals into law-abiding citizens.Low career identity can cause effect and harm to the physical and psychological problems of the prison policemen.In this paper,the solution of overcoming burnout and improving career identity are tried to be worked out by theoretical studying and literature reviewing,and a series of burnout feasible suggestions will be found out.The reasons can be explained from four aspects: social,work,family and personal.In order to solve this problem,the solutions can also be presented from these four aspects.
