The public security police are the most lovable group of people who have made the greatest sacrifice in our peaceful times.They have always been conscientious and scrupulous in fighting against all kinds of illegal and criminal forces,and have made great efforts to protect the lives and property of the people from being infringed upon.With their efforts,they have created a peaceful and stable world for us.Because of the particularity of this profession,it has great responsibility and is full of all kinds of dangers.The purpose of this research is to guide people to approach this special team,to realize the problem of job burnout among police officers,especially the grass-roots police workers,and to explore the causes of the problem.At the same time,the universality and seriousness of the problem are analyzed.In addition,through the research from different perspectives,let us more comprehensively understand the constituent factors of job burnout among police officers at the grass-roots level,and put forward targeted improvement programs,so that the police soldiers can ease their own sense of burnout,put into their work posts with more full enthusiasm and more responsible attitude,and continue to be the "patron saint" of the people.In this research,we conducted a detailed investigation and Research on the problem of job burnout of the grass-roots police,and deeply explored and analyzed the causes at the professional level,organizational level,and individual level,and analyzed the impact of such factors on the career development and work performance of grass-roots police officers.This perspective is obviously different from some other research topics in this field in China,so it reflects a certain degree of innovation.Then,it studies some coping methods implemented by local administrative departments and public security organs,such as ideological guidance measures,network psychological counseling,etc.The first measure has achieved a certain effect,but it is not ideal in dealing with specific problems and needs to be adjusted and improved.In contrast,the second kind of "network psychological counseling system",through a quiet way into the hearts of grass-roots police personnel,pay attention to human nature,pay attention to the real needs of people,so as to give guidance in the spiritual level,widely praised in the grass-roots police team,and achieved good results.To deal with the job burnout of police officers at the grass-roots level,the most important thing is to create and develop the corresponding occupational security system,change their thinking,improve the welfare,so that they have no worries about life,and better put into their jobs;improve the working environment of police officers,take care of their physical and mental health,and give more care in the legal system.In addition,we need to pay more attention to the personal thoughts and life problems of police officers,strengthen the education of professional ethics,reasonably evaluate the work posts,fully understand the post responsibilities,reduce the pressure through various ways,and maintain a good working condition.The establishment of a preferential policy system will give more care to the grass-roots police,bring real sympathy and help,and guide the government departments and the public to pay more attention to and respect this group.
