Study On The Barriers And Countermeasures Of E-government Information Sharing

The invention of the internet has opened the door to informationization,and the wave of electronic and informationization has porfoundly changed our lives.E-government is a successful application in the field of information technology in the administrative management,it greatly improve the efficiency of the government departments,effectively reduces the administrative costs,is conducive to economic development and maintaining social stability.China's e-government has been developing for nearly 30 years.During this period,China's e-government has achieved many achievements and some problems have arisen.The problem of e-government information sharing is becoming more and more prominent,which seriously hinders the further development of e-government in China.Based on the specific administrative actions of government departments,this paper studies the causes of the barriers to the sharing of e-government information,and puts forward some specific suggestions to contribute to the construction of service-oriented government.This article is composed of six chapters,the first chapter is the introduction part of the article,mainly introduces the background and research significance of this article and relevant theoretical tools.The second chapter explains the theory of e-government information sharing;The third chapter introduces the development history,current situation of e-government information network and the performance of e-government information sharing obstacle.The fourth chapter takes the system reform of the enterprise endowment insurance premium in guangshan county as an example to analyze the specific performance and causes of e-government information sharing obstacle.The fifth chapter is to combine the problems of e-government information sharing in the system reform of enterprise endowment insurance in guangshan county,and put forward the countermeasures and Suggestions to solve the problem of e-government information sharing.Chapter six is the conclusion of this paper.In the long run,it is a gradual process to solve the difficult problem of e-government information sharing.Only by consistently moving in the right direction can we reach the other side of success.
