Research On The Innovation Of Social Governance Mode In Muping District

Social governance,which is an important part of the national governance,plays an important role in many fields,such as promoting the sustainable and healthy development of the social economy,maintaining social harmony and stability,and stimulating the positive energy of the society.More than thirty years since the China's reform and opening up,economic and social development and people's living standards have been improved significantly.However,some social issues such as conflicts and disputes have been presented increasingly serious,while mass disturbances happen frequently at present.Especially,as China's economic development has already entered into a new era called new norm which is a critical period of social transformation and concentrated period of breaking out of social contradictions,the social governance environment has been becoming more complexly.Consequently,innovating social governance becomes the inevitable requirement of social development and urgent need of general public.In the meantime,social governance social governance has been become the inevitable choice of modern social management.As an important part of China's social governance,rural grassroots social governance influences the process of building harmonious society and the long-term peace and order of our country.In the new situation,our previous approaches and mechanism of social governance cannot be accordance with the new requirements,which force us to investigate the objective law of current social governance intensively.Besides,we have to innovate the methods of social governance and solve the existing outstanding problems in order to maintain social harmony and stability.Muping district is in an important period of economic and social structure transformation,in which social conflicts and unstable factors have been increasing due to the transformation of old villages,land acquisition and demolition,law related litigation,labor disputes,social security and other issues.If these problems won't be solved properly for a long time,they will be sharpened into greater social conflicts and further trigger a chain reaction so that endangers the overall social harmony and stability.In this paper,with the approach of integrating theory and practice,based on the summary and analysis of relevant theory of grassroots social governance,consulting classical methods of grassroots social governance both at home and abroad,taking the Muping District of Yantai city which is located in the Jiaodong Peninsula as research object,we have investigated the innovation of social governance mode from the point of view of maintaining social stability and guaranteeing economic development.Further,based on the existing grass-roots social management innovation practice and problems in Muping,we proposed design scheme for Muping grassroots social governance innovation model,not only can effectively promote the local social governance innovation but also provide a certain reference for other social governance innovation at all levels.
