Research On The Function Optimization Countermeasure Of Suzhou Pingjiang Sub-district Office

As the agency of the district government,the sub-district office is an important part of China's executive system.The sub-district office plays a role as connecting the district government and the community,while completing the task assigned by city or district government.The sub-district office is also be considered as the major power to maintain social stability and severing the people.With the great development of economy and society in Suzhou city,the sub-district office has to optimize its function and Improve its execution ability,to meet the new demands of city management and community construction,solve the problem in the development process.This study is using Pingjiang sub-district office as the research object,with the field research on Pingjiang sub-district office and literature analysis,trying to find the problem cause in the execution of function,and providing the operable countermeasure.The thesis mainly has three parts:the first part is about currency of function execution in Pingjiang sub-district office,and the problem cause;the second part is about to analysis the advanced experience at home and abroad on function execution;the third part is about to provide countermeasure base on the actual situation of Pingjiang sub-district office.The problems revealed by the result of the research needs to be further studied,and the paper is only a preliminary exploration and reference paper of future research.
