At present,the community studies focus on the community governance.Some researchers concerned about the relationship between social transformation and community governance system.There has been a lot of experiences about community governance,especially the community autonomy.Many scholars believe that the community should play the leading role on itself in the community governance.However,the model of community governance determined by multiple factors,we should not impose the community on autonomy.Moreover,there is a lack of reflection on the governance process,and there is seldom discussion about how to match up the governance model with the community.This thesis holds that community governance is a process of action,which is constructed by community actors integrated community resources and relationships in the community governance.It's based on the "Self-organization" model of Ostrom,and with the help of the actor theory to explore the formation logic of governance model.This study is an empirical analysis based on the cases of community governance.It uses the three dimensions:community resources,community interaction and organizational degree,to analyze the mode of community governance by the position of the community in the dimensions.There are four modes:government leading,market leading,the endogenous community autonomy and the intervention community autonomy.These models are the products of the practical rationality in community governance.In essence,it is one kind of governance models that formed in the community governance progress.Which is the community governance experience formed by the community actors utilize the community resources and community action in the social environment.
