Research On The Difficulties And Countermeasures Of Village Cadre Selection In The Background Of New Urbanization

In recent years,the new urbanization has become an important strategy in urban development in China.In the new urbanization construction,how to build a new agricultural management system,and steadily promote the construction of new rural communities is an important issue the current village cadres face.However,the comprehensive quality and ability of the current village cadres still can't meet the needs of the new urbanization construction.The process of village cadres' selection still faces new contradictions and new problems in new urbanization.Therefore,how to optimize the contingent of cadres becomes an important problem that needs to be solved urgently in rural development under the new urbanization background.Based on the ERG theory,principal-agent theory,this paper analyzes the selection process of village cadres in Lin'an City,puts forward the corresponding countermeasures of the village cadres in the new urbanization.The full text consists of six chapters.The first chapter introduces the research background,research content as well as the research situation of the village cadre at home and abroad;the second chapter is the theoretical foundation,defines the main concept in the article;The third part is the status quo of Lin'an village cadres selection.It shows the basic situation of Lin'an City,situation analysis of the village cadres;Chapter four is the predicament and cause of Lin'an village cadre team choose under new urbanization background.Chapter five is countermeasures for the selection of village cadres in Lin'an City.Based on the predicament and its causes in the process of selecting the village cadres in Lin'an City,this paper puts forward the countermeasures of the village cadres in Lin'an city under the background of the new urbanization.In the sixth chapter,the paper summarizes the shortcomings and the future direction of the article.Through the analysis of the relevant theories of village cadres' selection and the selection of village cadres in Lin'an City,this paper draws the conclusion that at present,urbanization has become an important strategy of urban development.Village cadres play an indispensable role in urbanization construction.However,there are still some difficulties such as the selection of Lin'an village cadres was not clear,the enthusiasm of the village cadres was poor and other difficulties in the selection of village cadres,which leads to poor enthusiasm and inefficiency of village cadres.In the context of the new urbanization,it is necessary to optimize the selection of village cadres from the aspects of optimizing the village cadres'selection procedures,perfecting the follow-up protection of village cadres,so as to enhance the enthusiasm and overall efficiency of village cadres.
