Young soldiers are during 18years old and 35 years old. Young soldier are main object of military and main human resource of military. Good psychology defense of quality is inherent impetus mechanism psychology line of making sure the military 'not changing', and the primary factor of making sure that the military win the war. So the psychology quality is the main factor, which makes up the warfare. Analyzing and commenting the psychology quality scientifically and reasonably, and forging a invincible military are important and urgent task during our military combat preparation.The whole theme is centered the core problems such as present conditions of young soldiers' psychology quality and the resources which can strengthen young soldiers' psychology quality. It can be divided into five parts. I use three kinds of methods during the investigation. It is the creation of investigation, such as One is formulating the standard of young soldier' psychology health. Two is quoting symptom engineering methods such as rank orders analysis methods and vaguely comprehensivly comment technology. Establish target system of young soldiers' psychology quality, found comprehensive comment model. Three is summarizing common psychology problems. Four is analyzing the factors which impact young soldiers' psychology quality. Five is exploring the resources which strengthen young soldiers' psychology quality. It explains that the whole level of young soldiers is good, who have positive living value, enthusiasm of loving military. But there are some officers and soldiers who shows the symptoms of psychology disorder and lightly psychololgy barrier. It not only harms the health of young soldiers, but also impacts military instruction.
