Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of Xiangtan Non-governmental Organization Participation In Social Governance

According to the experience of developed countries and regions at home and abroad,it is the only way for each country or region to participate in the social governance.In recent years,with China's social and economic development of a new round of reform.Because of the development trend of our country's social elder sister weaving and the social management control system,great changes have taken place,which makes the traditional government single center governance mode can not meet the needs of social development.In this context,including Xiangtan,including the national social organization has become a new social forces.Not only is a social organization by the government management object,and has been regarded as one of the diversified participation in social governance,become the government,enterprises,social collaborative governance partners.With the passage of time,more and more practice,social elements,new social contradictions emerge,in such a social interest has been the gradual emergence of pluralistic society,the traditional government swept style "management mode has been unable to meet the practical needs of society,economy and culture,if not in the field of society the management innovation work,make a fuss,still take the social governance mode has not adapt to the actual needs,will lead to a series of problems and contradictions are becoming increasingly serious.In this context,the social organizations to participate in social governance issues have become increasingly prominent,has aroused widespread concern in academia and the government,and heated discussion.This article is based on the social organization of Xiangtan as the research object,first of all,through the literature review and review of the literature at home and abroad.Then,on the basis of the definition of related concepts,this paper analyzes the basic supporting theory which is closely related to this paper.The current situation of Xiangtan social organizations to participate in community governance are analyzed and expounded in the basic situation of Xiangtan city the development of social organizations,the main function of Xiangtan social organizations in the social governance work were analyzed one by one.Then,the author analyzes the existing problems of social organizations in Xiangtan.Finally,the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to the social organizations in Xiangtan.
