Research On Realizing The Networking Of The Cadres Training

As the elite of the society, the public servants shoulder he task of organize, lead and communicate with the masses on behalf of the country and government. So they should also be the one to disseminate the advanced culture and technology. That's also why the country attaches great importance to the education and training of the cadre, which is always put as the fundamental work and kept at them.There exist many problems in the traditional way of training the cadre especially the one of the grass-roots level, such as the contradiction between the teacher power and the content, work and study, the supply and requirement and the funds shortage.To settle the above problems in the training of the cadres, a method is proposed in this paper, that's using the network, which proves necessary. With this method, a increase in the coverage of the training can be easily made. Moreover the point of the training can also be made, which provide a place for online communication for the cadres. All of the above will finally increase the quality and efficiency of the training.The research and preliminary experiment demonstrated the feasibility of the project. A simple system is established in this paper. It mainly includes four parts: online learning, exam evaluation, training registration and the administration of the training.The establishment of the system is just the first step of the realization of the network of the training of the cadres. To ensure its normal operation, many things must be done aftermath, including the support of the leader, the establishment of the according equipment and the return visit of the training object.
