Study On Problems And Countermeasures Of Visits And Letters About Housing Levy(Demolition) From The Perspective Of Harmonious Administration

Until today in development of letters and visits system in China,Largely played the capacity of particpating in and discussing the state affairs,as well as the need to construct the socialism harmonious society.In 2003 triggered the “letters and visits flood peak”.House levy(demolition)problem is always occupying the outstanding position of Letters and Visits:The government hopes that through the house levy(demolition)change the layout of the city,People hope that through the house levy(demolition)to improve their living conditions.Because of the restriction of various conditions,cause various kinds of contradiction and problems.The two sides often is in a state of tense,hardly conducive to social stability and unity.In this paper,correlation analysis based on the theory of the harmonious administration and the public interest.By using literature review,case analysis method and statistical method to explore the countermeasures to solve the problem of housing levy(demolition).This article obtains from the empirical analysis,study on letters and visits about housing levy(demolition)problems as the main line in Suzhou city.Do some research including related concept,problem and actuality,analysis the cause of problems and find countermeasures of letters and visits about housing levy(demolition).The paper intends to introduce some maturity experience to letters and visits about housing levy(demolition).
