The Research To Path Dependence Of Chinese Communist Party Inspection Institutional Change

If we want to successfully build socialism with Chinese characteristics and want to continue to gain the supports of the people,we must carry out anti-corruption struggle in a sustained and in-depth manner.The inspection institution of the Communist Party of China is an important system of anti-corruption supervision and has made great contributions to China's anti-corruption work.This institution is not rootless water,it is based on the thousands of years since the inspection institution evolved from the development,and has been further reform and innovation,but it is relative to our ancient inspection and has a short construction time.Therefore,there is large system inertia or the path dependence in the process of the actual application of the Communist Party of China's party inspection institution,and it is a positive effect and a negative effect,which causes some problems to be solved urgently.Path dependence theory is an important theory in the new institutional economics,which proves that it provides a unique perspective for the analysis of institutional change.It is reasonable and practical to analyze the process of the change of the patriarchal inspection institution of the Communist Party of China and the history of the ancient inspection institution closely related to it.This paper systematically expounds the theory of path dependence and combs the vicissitude process of the Communist Party inspection institution(including its prehistoric stage).It narrates the path dependence phenomenon of the inspection institution in the party from two perspectives:vertical and horizontal.This paper analyzes the positive and negative effects of path dependence in the change of inspection institution in the party,and analyzes the root cause of the positive and negative effect of the patriarchal inspection institution of the Communist Party from the perspective of path dependence,so as to strengthen the positive effect,to avoid or weaken the negative effect,which can not only solve the problems in the actual operation of the party inspection institution,but also can proactively prevent the weakening of the party patrol system or even distort,improve the party inspection institution construction,in order to do the basic work to combat corruption and clean up the political ecology better.
