The Research Of Ordos City Government Functions In High Tech Industry Development

Science and technology is the first productivity,China is the full realization of a well-off society,realize the important guarantee for the development of ideas The Belt and Road",in order to achieve this goal needs the whole society innovation in science and technology,and vigorously promote the development of high-tech industry,to achieve further improvement of social productivity.Ordos located in the north-west of Inner Mongolia,is a resource rich area and social economic form is single,for better implementation of Erdos economic transformation success,making full use of the resources industry to bring wealth accumulation effect to accelerate the development of high-tech industries,promote industrial restructuring,and the high-tech industry Erdos city's overall strength has improved,the local government has become an important problem need to solve.This paper based on the theory of the government at the same time,the actual situation of the development of high-tech industry Ordos city were analyzed,the Ordos city government function existence in the high-tech industry development issues,causes and countermeasures were discussed;at the same time,in order to make the result more objective,this paper introduces the development achievements of leading level of development in the field of high-tech industries in countries or regions,and excellent experience,such as the United States,France,South Korea,etc..Based on the comparative analysis of the current situation of Ordos City Government and domestic and foreign experience,this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to realize the transformation of government function in the development of high and new technology industry.
