Research On Rural Community Building From The Perspective Of Community Empowerment:

Community is the foundation of society,community governance is the basis of national governance system,innovation community governance is an important proposition of all walks of life.In recent years,Taiwan and Japan and other places to create a community in the cultivation of civic awareness,and guide residents to participate in the success of the mainland community governance to provide innovative ideas.The theory of community empowerment has always been through the community to create the work,emphasizing through the vertical decentralization and ability to cultivate the community to stimulate the enthusiasm and autonomy of the community to enhance the integration of resources within the community and complement each other to enhance the community's endogenous forces,and System of convergence grassroots government governance,to achieve the local capacity and the activation of power.This has just solved the problem of decentralization and fragmentation of rural community construction in China at present,which has certain research significance.On the basis of the existing research,this paper combs the hierarchy and connotation of community weighting theory and applies it to the analysis of Lei Shan village community.Case of the village community created by the local government,expert judges,professionals,village cadres and villagers to participate in the main body.In the face of the lack of development of the village,professionals and village cadres work together to awaken the villagers concerned about the village;in the villagers enthusiasm is fully activated under the premise of the interests of the villagers gathered in the "three villages" living water,The construction of the river as a village to build the focus of the focus;professional team and the villagers,village cadres to form a dynamic network of cooperation to guide the village into the independent development stage.On the basis of the process analysis,the author analyzes the attitudes of the local government,the systematic guidance of the expert judges,the construction of the team's outreach,the promotion of the villagers' participation and so on.Through the analysis of the case building of Lei Shan Village,this paper explores the path of rural community construction from three aspects:the establishment of multi-agent interaction network,the activation of land resources and the concept of sustainable development.Finally,the paper summarizes and reviews the whole paper,and puts forward the limitations and shortcomings of the research.
