Research On The Construction Of New Rural Community

The continuous advancement of urban and rural integration has made many farmers out of the original agricultural production,the urban and rural areas are becoming increasingly blurred,the population of many cities is expanding,the development is affected,and the elite of the rural areas are moving from the countryside to the cities,and the development of the rural areas is due to the lack of technical people.Personnel and labor force affect their development vitality,modern agricultural production activities are seriously hard,the number of left behind children and empty nest elderly is increasing,and the problems of old age and education are frequent.Urban and rural overall development is an effective means to eliminate the gap between urban and rural areas,but under the constraints of many other factors,the new rural community construction has effectively solved this problem,better realized the overall development of urban and rural areas,and the infrastructure and civilization of the city are advancing in the countryside.The new rural community and the traditional sense of the administrative village and the urban community are different.It is a new form between the rural and urban communities.The population of the rural areas is concentrated and forms a certain scale.The new rural community can realize self governance,complete the social management and service,and the corresponding community group.Weaving and service are relatively sound and have the basic functions of the community.YS town has formed a variety of community building models.New rural community construction has made great achievements,and there are also some problems.In this paper,YS town is selected as the research object,using a variety of research methods,through the study of the current situation of the new rural community construction in YS town and the actual situation,and drawing on the experience of rural community construction at home and abroad,the lack of scientific community planning and design,the large demand for community construction funds,the lagging of community public service development,can not effectively meet the society.There are five problems: lack of residents’ needs,lack of supporting industries,lack of sustainable motivation,and insufficient participation of farmers in communities.In depth analysis of the reasons: community planning has no relevant technical standards,single financing channels,reliance on finance,lack of professional talents,and the poor consciousness of the rural residents.Finally,according to various reasons,some suggestions are made and analyzed: scientific and rational planning of new rural communities,widening financing channels,improving public service construction,cultivating community leading industries,strengthening economic support and encouraging community residents to participate in community construction extensively.I hope this study can further promote the process of information rural community construction in YS Town,build a satisfied community for residents,and improve the quality of community public services.
