The Influence Of Prison Police Work Stress On Mental Health And The Adjustment Strategy

Prison,a national violent institution,as well as a national penalty enforcement agency,is currently the main tool used by countries in the world to enforce free punishment.At present,China's prisons belong to the prison system of a socialist country,and the policy implemented is “combining punishment and reform,with the aim of reforming people”.For prison police performing their duties in the prison,prison is a special workplace.Due to the particularity of the working environment and the content of the work,the prison police are more prone to psychological pressure and occupational burnout,which greatly affects physical and mental health and work efficiency.This article takes Guangzhou Prison A as the research object.Through a questionnaire survey on the police officers in Prison A and analysis of the survey results,we can find out the pressure,challenges and the impact on the psychology and life of the police officers at work.After refining these data,we then propose a targeted response plan to solve their psychological pressure.This study is of great help to further analyze the types and sources of stress encountered by the people's police in grass-roots prisons in their daily work,and analyze the causes of stress.In this way,we can help the police at the grass-roots level to understand the pressure and ease the impact of stress on life and work.So that they can work better and healthier.
